Overview:

Creating compassionate and inclusive working environments through collective leadership. The focus of this interactive will be on how we treat each other, and create a sense of belonging for all of our colleagues. Recognising that the last 18 months have been hard in a range of ways for everyone, and colleagues from a black, Asian or ethnic minority background have experienced a particular intensity to these difficulties. We would like to create a space for colleagues to share experiences and recognise that what came before Covid didn’t work for everyone – there has been long-standing unfairness and disparity. We will be focusing on the support that is available for us to do better, and what we can each do as individuals to demonstrate compassionate leadership to one another.
