The people who use our services bring a unique perspective which is crucial to improving services. How do we ensure that we hear their voices and embed them into improvement projects. Involving people who use our services can seem both easy and impossibly difficult, and many projects with good intentions fail to achieve their initial involvement aspirations. What are the steps that we need to take to involve people and what does good involvement look like?
